Terms of Service — Seasonal Stow

Service Overview
Seasonal Stow provides local pickup, storage, and return services for customer-supplied storage totes. Service operates on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Customers pack, seal, and label their own totes before pickup.
By using Seasonal Stow services, you agree to these Terms.

Customer Responsibilities
• Customer must supply standard 27-gallon black-and-yellow totes (HDX or Kirkland recommended)
• Customer must pack items securely to prevent damage
• Customer must label totes clearly for identification
• Customer confirms stored items are safe, dry, and pest-free
Seasonal Stow is not responsible for damage due to improper packing or fragile contents.

Prohibited Items
The following may not be stored:
• Food, perishables, liquids, or plants
• Flammables, chemicals, batteries, aerosols, fuels
• Weapons, ammunition, or illegal items
• Valuables such as jewelry, cash, or irreplaceable heirlooms
• Hazardous or bio-hazard materials
Seasonal Stow reserves the right to refuse pickup of prohibited items.

Subscription & Billing
Storage fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled.
A $10 reservation deposit is collected before scheduling.
Deposit is credited toward first month of storage.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel anytime before tote pickup for a full refund.
Once totes are picked up, storage payments are non-refundable for the paid period.

Access & Delivery
Totes may be returned upon request.
One free pickup and one free return are included annually for annual plans.
Additional pickups/returns: $25 per trip
Access may be suspended if account is unpaid (details below).

Non-Payment Policy & Item Forfeiture
If payment fails:
Time Frame Action
Day 1 Stripe attempts payment & emails customer
Day 14 Access to totes paused if unpaid
Day 90 Items considered abandoned; may be donated or disposed
Customer will be contacted at least twice before forfeiture.
Seasonal Stow is not liable for disposed items after the 90-day period.

Liability
Seasonal Stow is not responsible for:
• Damage due to improper packing or fragile items
• Prohibited items placed in totes
• Normal handling wear
• Pre-existing condition of totes
Maximum liability is limited to $100 per tote unless otherwise required by law.
