What is Seasonal Stow?
Seasonal Stow is a local pickup-and-store service for your seasonal items.
You pack your totes, we pick them up, store them securely, and bring them back when you need them — no driving to a storage unit and no wasted garage space.

What can I store?
Most seasonal household items like:
- Holiday decorations
- Artificial trees & wreaths
- Halloween props
- Seasonal linens & pillows
- Patio & pool gear
- Costumes
- Hobby / sports gear (winter, camping, etc.)
If it fits safely inside a standard tote and isn’t fragile or prohibited, we can store it.

What size totes do you accept?
We store standard 27-gallon black & yellow totes (HDX from Home Depot / Kirkland from Costco).
These are durable, stack well, and help keep everything uniform & safe in storage.
Don’t have totes? We can recommend where to buy them locally.

Do you pack the totes for me?
No — you pack your totes. We pick them up and return them when requested.
This keeps cost low and protects your items, since you know your belongings best.
Just make sure:
✅ Fragile items are wrapped
✅ Tote lids close fully
✅ Each tote is labeled clearly

How does pricing work?
You pay per tote, not for an entire storage unit.
Plan Price
Monthly $11.99 per tote OR $9.99 for 3+ totes
Annual $99 per tote OR $90 for 3+ totes
No long-term commitment — you can switch or cancel before pickup.

Is there a deposit?
Yes — there is a $10 reservation deposit when booking.
It is applied to your first month of storage.
This helps us confirm space & pickup routes.

When do I get charged the monthly fee?
Your billing starts after we successfully pick up your totes.
If plans change, you can cancel before pickup and get your deposit back.

How do pickups work?
You choose a pickup day window.
We come to your doorstep, load your totes, and store them safely.
We batch routes, so certain pickup days are available each week.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your reservation is approved.

How long do you hold my totes?
As long as your plan is active.
You can request returns anytime.

Can I get my totes back whenever I want?
Yes! Just request a delivery.
- Annual plans include 1 free pickup + 1 free return per year
- Additional pickup or return trips are $25 each
We group requests to keep costs low — most returns happen within a scheduled service window.

What happens if I stop paying?
We send reminders and try to contact you.
If unpaid:
- 14 days: tote access paused
- 90 days: items may be considered abandoned and disposed/donated
We never want to do that — this just protects space for active customers.

Do you insure my items?
We do not insure stored contents. You are responsible for packing properly.
If it’s extremely valuable, sentimental, or irreplaceable — keep it at home.

How do I start?
Click Reserve Storage and fill out a short form.
You’ll submit your deposit and choose your tote count and pickup window.
We’ll confirm your date and get you scheduled.

Do you offer referrals?
Yes! Refer a friend and both receive $10 storage credit.

Can I upgrade from monthly to annual?
Absolutely — we can convert your plan at the end of your monthly cycle.

What items are NOT allowed?
Please do not store:
- Food or liquids
- Perishables
- Chemicals, fuel, aerosols, flammables
- Weapons or ammunition
- Batteries or electronics with lithium batteries
- Cash, jewelry, or irreplaceable items
- Anything illegal or hazardous
